1。空调通风管道系统均为高压和中压系统，其中度N1级至N5级为高压系统，N6级至N9级为中压系统。

2。风管及部件的制作应在相对封闭和清洁的环境中进行，地面应铺橡胶板或其他防护材料。加工风管的板材，在下料前应进行清洗，洗后应立即擦干。加工过程应有措施保证不二次污染。加工型线  流水槽模具 景观石 检查井钢模具 保定通风管道 隔离墩模具 保定保洁公司镀锌 钢板风管应避免损坏镀锌层，如有损坏应做防腐处理。

3。风管不得有横向接缝，尽量减少纵向拼接缝。矩形风管边长不大于800mm时，不得有纵向接缝，

4。风管及部件制作完成后，用无腐蚀性清洗液将内表面清晰干净，干燥后经检查达到要求即进行封口，安装前再拆除封口。清洗后立即安装的可不封口。
4. After the production of the air duct and components is completed, the inner surface is cleaned with a non corrosive cleaning solution. After drying, it is inspected and meets the requirements before sealing. Before installation, the sealing is removed. Install immediately after cleaning without sealing.
